Drop your Jaguar or Daimler down to us at the arranged date & time. We have a large secure forecourt for you to park in when you arrive with us.

Please don’t forget to bring your locking wheel nut tool so we can remove the wheels from your car.

After your car has been jacked up & put on support stands the wheels are removed and then the process starts. The tyres & balancing weights are removed.

The old paint / lacquers are removed next as the wheels are acid dipped in a large tank overnight.

The wheels go through various different processes until they are free from any surface imperfections & corrosion.

They are also spun to check for buckles, at this stage most buckles can be removed. 

Hairline cracks can also be welded as needed. 

All painted wheels are powder coated to an extremely high standard. The inside of the wheel & the faces are finished the same.

A powdered coated finish is very durable & easy to clean, this finish will leave your wheels looking factory fresh for many years. 

If you require a diamond cut finish then this is achieved on a highly sophisticated & expensive automated machine.

The finished results of this process are truly remarkable. After the process of a diamond cut the wheel is lacquered for protection & durability. 

A factory fresh finish is achieved.  

The final stages are quality control inspections on all wheels, polish, tyre fitting, balancing, final inspection, re-fit back on the car, remove stands & torque all wheel lug nuts to the correct setting.

At this stage if you have bought new tyres from us they will be fitted to your nearly refurbished wheels & the old tyres will be disposed of.

* Please note, after around 50-80 miles driven all wheel lug nuts will need to be retorqued to the correct setting. This is known as the settling in period.

*We are happy to do this for you if you require but it is your sole responsibility to arrange this. Failure to have the wheels retorqued can have serious consequences & we take no responsibility whatsoever for negligence on your behalf.
